This is one of the flying Hogwarts acceptance letter envelopes that are seen flying through the air inside the Dursley House in Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone (2001)
These were seen coming through the Hallway letter box, coming down the Chimney and flying around the front room in a great early cinematic scene in the series.

A fantastic and recognizable item from the first Harry Potter movie.
