This is an original Aztec cursed gold coin from Disney’s ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl’.
These very detailed gold plated metal coins were the focus of the movie.
Under the command of Captain Hector Barbossa the undead crew of the Black Pearl must retrieve all 882 of the coins they stole to be released from their curse.

Significantly less were actually made for the production of the movie as they were only required to give the impression of a chest full of these coins. They were then gifted to First Unit cast & crew when filming ended.
