These dog tags came from the production of the 2002 werewolf movie Dog Soldiers.
They were made for use by Sean Pertwee as Sgt. Harry Wells.
Although his tags don’t get seen in the final cut of the film, all the soldier characters in the movie had dog-tags as parts of their costumes even-though they are worn under their shirts.
